Terms of Use

Last updated July 2026 · Applies to the Reembr website and app.

Agreement

By using Reembr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.

What the app provides

Reembr provides personal checklist and reminder tools. You can create saved places on your device, attach checklists, and receive a nudge when the app notices you may be leaving a place you have switched on.

Not a safety-critical service

Reembr is not designed for emergency, medical, legal, security, child-safety, financial, or other safety-critical uses. Reminders can be delayed, missed, blocked by device settings, or affected by operating system limits. You remain responsible for checking important items before you leave.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing accurate saved places, setting reminder areas, maintaining checklist content, allowing the permissions you want the app to use, keeping your device charged, and following laws that apply to you.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the account providers you use to sign in and for keeping access to those accounts secure.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro Monthly and Pro Annual) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the App Store (or Google Play, once available). Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device’s App Store / Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel it for you. Prices, trial or introductory offers, renewal terms, and refund rules are shown before purchase and are also governed by Apple’s or Google’s own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, access another user’s account, or use the app in a way that violates law or infringes another person’s rights.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data is handled locally and what data may sync with your account. In this release, where your places are and the checks that notice when you come and go stay on your device.

Changes to the app

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We will try to avoid changes that reduce privacy protections without clear notice.

Disclaimers

The app is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that reminders will always be accurate, timely, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by missed reminders, device settings, operating system limits, or third-party services.
